kapusta: i would have actually done it (wow! that much show how much i miss it!) but there are two problems 1) i wouldn’t be allowed in a girls school (sorry don’t know how to mask a beard no matter how small) 2) english, although i may have done well on my regent (yes i was in new york for high school) it still is not the subject i am best at (but in all seriousness there are regents in august? mine were june-ish)

well you could draw pictures on it…. jk it may just be a piece of paper but believe it or not some people actually hold that it is an official certification that you have been summarily edumacated (i only got one from high school. not that we learned much but whatever…..)

by the way believe it or not the.nurse was more close with the first thing she said than she realized

i was reading my medical book (ugh) and it was describing the results and consequences of actions/activities. when i was done i realized that it (the sickness) had all come about because i was overworking myself and not taking care of myself simultaneously thereby lowering my immune system (by the way my fever broke not too long after and i am feeling great with only residue congestion) thanx guys!!!!!!!!!! 🙂 🙂 :)…..

aob: that is possible but did it take you only eight hours and did you have to meet the standards set out by the state law? (i also took CPR in camp a while ago and it was nothing compared to how they train you by EMT courses :P)

mepal: that is probably because they were teaching you from total scratch by me they are teaching you how to be an EMT which would require you to be able to learn/assess very fast (and it was two full four hour classes with a quick fifteen minute break by each one) you would be amazed (so am i!!!) at the speed they are able to teach things and you still remember

good point to get us back on topic (and for those of you who want to continue make a new thread) i was always told to try and plan my flights in such a way so that i would be able to daven in the airPORT (and it has always worked so far)

hey all in the CR! i would like to know your take on this.

what would you do if presented with a serious dilemma but are not good at presenting so you can’t exactly talk with anyone(being that you don’t know how to present the problem)?

and a total side note: is cracking your knuckles really bad for you or is it just annoying so people say so?

wonder what you people would say about a person from Boston AND NY? (now that we are/were on the topic) and i don’t find that i dislike NYers just the assumed mentality b/c fyi the mentality is not a natural thing (at least among jews when they think about it i find(that doesn’t seem like proper grammer)

i like “ki doresh” (part of the pre-musaf davening on shabbos) written by hillel kapnick (one of the bocherim in my yeshiva)

and *blush* i wrote a song called “yihiyu l’ratzon” (excerpts from shmone esrei)

    also baruch levine’s “v’zakeini”

“v’zakeini lekabel” i forgot who wrote it

some avraham fried songs which they used to wake us up to in highschool

“kol b’rama” (rachel m’vaka) forgot who wrote that (is it mame rochel?)

shlomo carlebach (my father was a talmid of sorts)

    some niggunim my father composed

and some other random ones that i can’t remember right now

-be nice to other people they outnumber you several bilion to one.

-the amount of sleep required by the average person is a half an hour more.

-if time is a waste of your life and life is a waste of your time then just get wasted and have the time of your life.

-listen to the criticism, judge it honestly,….. then decide on your own whether to accept it or not.

-confidence is the feeling you have before you understand the full dimensions of the problem.
