Click HERE for photos taken at the scene of an overturned vehicle on Route 17. The crash happened around 3:00PM, on Thursday afternoon on Route 17 near Exit 124.The New York State Police, and the local EMS and Fire Departments were on the scene. The victim needed to be extricated form the vehicle.
The condition of the aided are unknown.

this accident happened right in front of me
the pick up was in the left lane and moved over to the right lane at about 60 mph
then kept going on to the shoulder and off road at the same speed
it seemed as though the brakes failed
the pick up then flipped and came back onto the highway with parts flying
it looked very bad
I was moving too fast to stop
I called 911 at 1:57
I saw a white Lincoln stop for the accident
very scary
we all must be grateful to hashem for every safe journey we take
