In the Morning

When you wake up in the morning, you need to get up and get moving, right? And what do you need to do that? Energy.

If the vitamin supplement you’re taking is going to boost your energy, like with B-complex vitamins, Ashwagandha, and CoQ10, you probably want to make sure you take it before noon.

Taking it later in the day could keep you up at night, which will make it harder to get up again tomorrow morning.

In the Evenings

If you suffer from insomnia or just wake up feeling tired, you may want to look into a vitamin mix containing melatonin for nighttime use. The key part of this is that it is important to only use this at night since melatonin could cause drowsiness during the day.

And nobody wants to fall asleep at the desk at 2 PM.

What Matters Most is That You Take Vitamins at All
