Eighteen-year-old Samuel Fussell continues to remain at large for the shocking murder of Denver Yeshiva Bochur Shmuel Silverberg Z”L.
As YWN previously reported, four alleged co-conspirators are already custody.
The individuals in custody are Isaiah Freeman, eighteen; Seth LaRhode, 21; Aden Sides, eighteen; and Noah Loepp-Hall, nineteen. They’re being held on suspicion of first-degree murder, first-degree assault, first-degree auto theft, felony menacing, first-degree burglary and burglary
YWN notes that in the attached TV report by Fox 31 reports what YWN has been reporting since the murder, that Shmuli Z”L was chased down INSIDE the Yeshiva where he was shot. Police still say he was shot outside the Yeshiva.

I honestly hope someone just murders them before they go ever have a chance to see the light of day. In todays world these pigs could be let out early for whatever dumb reason, they dont deserve life, much less tv and activities at some little prison. If they do go to prison though, I hope they just get beaten up on a daily basis although in reality they deserve way worse.
It is not to good to stare at the face of reshaim. It is one thing for the guy at large… to know to look at him. Who needs to see the wicked murderers that they caught?

Dear YWN, why do we need to look at the faces of these reshayim? I am afraid that this is yellow journalism.
The argument continues to be made- if these criminals committed a violent robbery before the murder, and a violent robbery after the murder, this somehow demonstrates conclusively, until proven otherwise, that the murder was not motivated by anti-semitism.

What was their motive to murder a boy they had never met in their lives? Was there some criminal gain involved? I havent heard ANY hypothesis offered. Just the endless tired repeated usage of the term crime spree , again and again
The police chief says that this murder has sent shock waves through the Orthodox Jewish community. True.
