PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Thousands Of Chabad Shluchim Pose For Annual ‘Class Picture’ This Morning Outside 770

At the world’s largest gathering of Jewish leaders, thousands of rabbis take part in an iconic tradition: the annual group portrait. It’s a powerful display of Jewish pride and resilience. Rabbis from 111 countries and over 6,000 communities stand shoulder to shoulder in front of Chabad-Lubavitch World Headquarters, representing Jewish life in every corner of the globe. In a year when many Jews feel isolated, the image of these committed leaders encourages Jews everywhere to stand taller and remain firm in their identity and faith.

“This year’s conference comes at a time when Jewish people worldwide need reassurance and hope. As the global Jewish support system, Shluchim have been on the frontlines, addressing the needs of their communities nonstop,” says Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky, Director of the International Conference of Chabad Emissaries. “The photo sends a message: the Jewish people are alive, strong, proud, and we aren’t going anywhere.”

  1. “world’s largest gathering of Jewish leaders”

    Incorrect.

This may be the largest gathering of the Habad Lubavitch, but Judaism, Yiddishkeit has larger, whether at Kosel on Yom tov, Adirei HaTorah, Daf Yomi siyumim, etc. Stop uncritically regurgitating the propaganda of the Chabad Lubavitch sect already.

  2. I Echo what was said above. Not one of the gedolei yisrael or poskim comes from this faction today. That is unfortunate and I believe it has to do with not having a leader and people got lost

  3. It’s not too hard to process absent jealousy…
    To translate for the haters:

“world’s largest gathering of Jewish leaders”

    Means

    Largest ‘Asifas Rabbonim’

    …which it is!!!

Please don’t project falsehood where there is none. Thank You.

  4. Your comments are dripping with jealousy so for you yourself I see no reason to respond, but I’ll do so for those that may be reading your comments and may want an answer.
@Lemayseh. With all due love and respect to all the heilegeh mosdos you mentioned, nowhere do you have a father where every single person there is a Jewish leader. Meaning a Rosh kehilah, rov, school, community Rabbi, Rosh yeshiva ect. I don’t think that that takes away from their chashivus, but leaders in klal yisroel they are not.
With regards to the last line all I can say is “kol hapoisel bimumoi poisel…”

@rebEmes. One rethink your name because there is some issues with that.
Now with regards to your comment you are missing one word “Not one of the – litvishe – gedolei yisrael or poskim comes from this faction today.”
You have no idea of the level of lomdus in lubavitch, with hundreds of roshei yeshivah and rabonim, who after learning chasidus and about the concept of bitul Don’t make a huge deal of themselves.
Vihoikar shetishrah Sholom bimachaeinu, Oiseh Shloim bimiroimov hu yaseh Sholom aleinu vial kol yisrael veimru amen.

    I Love Chabad!
They practice a Yiddishkeit that is full of Joy and Love. Unlike what was/is taught in mainstream Litvishe Yeshivos, that we as Bochurim all accepted as truth, even though it came from a place of jealousy and incompetence.
Today, as a proud Yid, I can say that with חסדי השם I was able to shake off the שקר that was taught and I am now a much happier Jew. My learning and Tefilah is on a different level, better than ever.
The secret? I learn the Torah of the Lubavitcher Rebbe זצ”ל.
There was no Manhig, Litvish or Chasidish, that came close to the גדלות of this holy Tzadik.

  6. The same handful of posters always get triggered when they see an article that has the word “Chabad” or “Lubavitch”. This lifelong affliction causes them to howl like rabid dogs, foaming at the mouth. These posters can’t spare themself of such reactions. It is a nebech on them as they debase themselves, and a shanda on their parents. May they be healed.
