I don’t want to be melamed zechus, but it appears to me that he’s not asking people to kill teh Jews and Americans, but asking their diety to do so.
Your headline is incendiary. The rasha is DAVENING that this should happen (not urging OTHERS to do it). And are we davening too???? (Of course, our tefillos are not so bloody and blindly vengeful, but that’s the havdala between us and them.)

I must echo that your headline defeats the point.
This is a rasha. Clearly. He “davins” to Hashem, Elokay Yishmoel to destroy Am Hashem! Highlight his rishus. No need to exaggerate or be m’shaneh what he said. Now the focus goes off of him and we’re left wondering about why you have to make things up.
Let the rasha condemn himself with the truth of his rishus!
The headline is ESSENTIALLY CORRECT!
He’s not really praying for a supernatural distruction of the Jews. You are falling into the same trap the Western media constantly falls into: They already know that Hashem won’t kill the Jews without Arabs and Muslims doing their “part”. This guy may say “Allah” but he MEANS “Ahmed”. And Ahmed knows what he means, why don’t you?

You’re right, but it’s an important point in semantics. We don’t need to selectively pull out the highlighter to make it seem like something that it’s not. Technically, this rasha said, “Kill every Jew & American!” However, as a headline, it is misleading as it makes it sound as if it was something that it was not. It sounds like a call that he makes b’fairush to his flock, and it’s not.
I am not saying that we should be kind or minimize the words or actions of rashaim. I am saying that when we twist things to make it sound worse, then we fall into the “the same trap the Western media constantly falls into.” That is the trap of slight shifts and changes to make the headlines or the stories read the way that benefits you.
We have the emes. We need not shift things to make it seem any different than it is. Make the headline, “‘Tefilla’ of a Rasha: Destroy Jews and Americans.” Or even better, highlight the great stupidity of the medina by declaring, “Israel Reaps What it Sows: Parlimentary Speaker Reveals His Deepest Desire.”
Whatever headline you want, don’t make it one that misleads as this one did.
