Hamas Terrorist Convicted by IDF Military Court


Hamas terrorist Ibrahim Hamed was convicted of no less than 46 counts of murder for his role in a number of terrorist attacks. The former commander of the Izzadin el-Kassam military squad of Hamas was apprehended by security forces in 2006.

He is linked to many attacks, including Kikar Tzion, Jerusalem (10 killed), Moment Café, Jerusalem (11 killed), Tzrifin shooting attack (9 killed), and Café Hillel, Jerusalem (7 killed).

Playing the martyr, the defense counsel told the court his client does not recognize its jurisdiction since the IDF military court if part of the “occupation army”.

The prosecutor is requesting 56 consecutive life sentences. The sentencing hearing is set for next week.
