The ezras noshim of the Kosel was closed for about a quarter of an hour on Friday night due to a suspicious object. A number of the mispallalos saw a suspicious bag and after realizing no one in the immediate area seemed attached to it, they notified security forces.

The area was immediately closed down as police distanced the women from the area. Fortunately, they managed to determine the bag only contained food forgotten at the scene, permitting the reopening of the area.
