According to a report in the UK�s Sunday Times, Israel has the ability to target Iran with an electromagnetic bomb that would destroy that country�s electric infrastructure and send Iran back to the �Stone Age�.
Such a device would be detonated above ground, thereby creating a magnificent electromagnetic pulse that would disrupt all technological devices working on the ground, the report states.

Too bad the UK Sunday Times is more interested in hysterical reporting than basic physics. They’re watching too many science fiction movies.
A high altitude EMP would do as much damage to Israel’s infrastructure as to Iran’s. And neither would be “knocked back to the stone age”.
