President Obama: ‘We Don’t Get Terrorized’

obPresident Barack Obama says security threats will never lead the U.S. to retreat from the world. He says Americans don’t get terrorized.

Obama was responding Wednesday to new threats from al-Qaeda that led the U.S. to close 19 diplomatic outposts and evacuate the U.S. Embassy in Yemen.

Obama said it’s a complicated time for the U.S. military. He said there have been big changes, especially in the Middle East and in North Africa.

Obama said the U.S. will remain, in his words, “the greatest force for freedom the world has ever known.” He said the military is an integral part of that mission. But he said the U.S. must also lead with its ideals and values.

Obama was speaking to troops and their families at Camp Pendleton, Calif.

  1. Oh really? We just shut our embassies & consulates in the Arab world for a whole week, at least and no one heard from you until you showed up on a late night comedy show. How ironic because your regime has been nothing short of ah bitireh g’lechter.

Oh, and what do you call the 911 attack on our consulate in benghazi? Oh, you call that a “phoney scandal.” You call it what you want but those of us who don’t drink your bull flavored kool-aid call it FAILED LEADERSHIP!

  2. Glad people are waking up that OBAMA & DEMOCRAT PARTY are the problem. Just remember that when you walk in to the voting booth.

  3. Hey Barry, if you apologize to Al-Qaeda for the Anti Muslim film, then maybe they’ll leave us alone!
