    PLEASE HASHEM.

  3. First and MOST important it is so sad BDE.

Unimportant but curious, I did not know that there was a non-satmar frum community in Monroe vicinity?
Or were they just an exception.

  4. LIJ,

Yes there are yidden there other than Satmar chasidim besides, there is more to Monroe than just KJ. Numerous non Hassidic yeshivas are in the Monroe/ KJ area as well. Buildings are available and land is cheaper.

  5. This was a beautiful family; HaShem should bring their Nechama’s an Aliyah and their families Nechama. There are no words, only tears.

  6. There are people that don’t necessarily conform to satmer that live in the vicinity, but so happens that kalmy grew up in a satmer my family, kalmy installed my skylight, he was a great person, and a pleasure to deal with so so sad bd”e

  7. Long island
    Just to enlighten u.
There are many new beautiful junctions outside KJ in Monroe with good Jews that are not affiliated with Satmar. The town of Monroe is huge.
May G d console the family and beyond.

  8. Yes. Orange County, NY has non-Hasidic Jews living there. Matter of Fact, I would love to live there if I weren’t planning on leaving NY. Great shopping. The county tends to have a growth bias (economically) even with the high cost of Medicaid and other social services spending in KJ/Palm Tree and some of the slummy areas of Middletown and Newburgh.

Many non-Hasidic but frum Jews have businesses in the county, especially in New Windsor due to its proximity to Stewart Airport (e.g. warehouses/manufacturing). I know a guy who was trying to get charter flights to Israel out of there that would be less expensive than going to EWR or JFK.

  9. I’m just staring at the article with my mind frozen. My stomach is twisted in pain. My eyes are hurting. My fingers are numb as I type. Klal yisroel is crying in such pain.
