Yisrael Beitenu Says ‘No’ to Future Terrorist Releases

papYisrael Beitenu leader Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman announced on Monday 25 Sivan that he promises he and his party’s cabinet ministers and Members of Knesset will oppose any and all future terrorist prisoner releases.

Following the announced arrest of the terrorist who murdered Israel Police Chief Superintendent Baruch Mizrachi HY”D, Lieberman announced the days of releasing terrorists must come to an immediate end.

The senior minister added “It there is one thing that we learned over the years it is that the release of terrorists not only encourages more terrorism, those released will return to their old occupation, terrorism”. He pointed out that the terrorist arrested in the murder of Mizrachi is proof, for he was one of the over 1,000 terrorists released by Israel to gain the release of captive IDF soldier Gilad Shalit.
