France: Israel’s Right To Security Does Not Justify ‘Massacre’ Of Civilians

gazIsrael’s right to security does not justify the “massacre” of civilians, France’s foreign minister said Monday in unusually harsh language against a close ally. The French president said Gaza was among the wars that called into question any ability to remain neutral.

“How many more deaths must there be to stop what must be called the carnage in Gaza? The tradition of friendship between France and Israel is old and Israel’s right to security is total, but this right does not justify the killing of children and the massacre of civilians,” Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said.

The Gaza war, in its fourth week, has killed more than 1,800 Palestinians and more than 60 Israelis.

Fabius said a cease-fire, followed by a two-state solution, is needed and “should be imposed by the international community because, despite numerous attempts, the two sides have shown themselves to be incapable of concluding negotiations.”

In a speech commemorating the 100th anniversary of the start of World War I, French President Francois Hollande said wars raging near Europe’s borders called neutrality into question. In a grim litany of violence, he cited Ukraine, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and, finally, Gaza.

“How can we remain neutral, when in Gaza a deadly conflict endures for nearly a month?” Hollande said. “There is an obligation to act.”

  1. Transactional from the Frog language: Jews, just line up and march to the gas chambers peacefully, do not make trouble for as Goym.

  2. A solution would FINALLY settle all the “refugees” that have been granted that status by an uncaring world,as supervised by the non-neutral UN agency UNRWA.
But that world, who prefers sponsoring the propaganda of the Arab League in the form of prolonging endlessly the “temporary status” of those people and their descendants ,displaced by the 1948 conflict, to a REAL solution screams for a “solution.”
ALL of you who did not demand that Arab states resettle their own people, like Israel did with a nearly equal number of Jews thrown out from Arab countries but, instead, supported a lie.
All of you have sat back and watched while those same nations have either sponsored attacks or themselves attacked Israel trying to impose a “solution” of their own.
So, now, you want to impose a “solution” on Israel, knowing full well that any “solution” that creates a state (or states) within the boundaries of Israel will create an intolerable security problem.
Your “solution” is just to insure the death of the only Jewish state in the world,( chas v’sholem) and you would do that because 10 civilians are now dead because their “brothers’ find them more useful dead than alive and you’d jump to that “solution” without any knowledge about what really happened.
If you are so quick to align yourselves with the forces of evil, your fate will, in the end, not be much different than theirs.
And for all your malignant scheming Am Yisrael will still survive because H’ watches over His people.

  3. It is accepted that a person is permitted to kill anyone who is ready to kill that person. This is the right of self defence. If Jews were permitted to live in peace the Arabs could live in peace too. Hamas and other militants have in their protocol the goal to eradicate the Jewish state of Israel and clear the land of Jews. France was fair-minded until millions of Muslims came there from north africa, and for political reasons, it is expedient set aside justice to keep the peace. France gave in to the Nazis also. Nothing has changed.

  4. Now let’s see….
Does the Xtian religion justify the right to kill Jews and expel them from countries such as France?
Put that in your truffles and swallow hard!
