B’chasdei Hashem a bomb placed at a bus stop near Yishuv Rechalim in Shomron was detected on erev Shabbos morning 16 Tishrei, thereby averting a terror attack.
A resident of Yishuv Peduel detected something he determined to be suspicious while jogging in the morning and he decided to report it to authorities. The suspicious item was a real explosive device. The area was closed off and border police bomb-demolition technicians neutralized the device without incident.

I’m curious – the story refers to “erev Shabbos morning.” What time of day (or night) is this? I’ve never heard this term used before.
It means Friday morning. Some people greet each other with “A Gutten Erev Shabbos” on Fridays.
