In September 2015, police arrested Avraham and Ohr Epstein, father and son respectively, for robbing a travel agency in Bnei Brak that specializes in trips to Rav Nachman’s kever. The travel agency is located on Shimshon HaGibor Street near the Vishnitz bakery.

When the two arrived to rob the travel agency the workers resisted and one of the owners was cut in his throat during a struggle. They did succeed in making off with his bag that contains NIS hundreds of thousands.

The two denied the charges against them but the Tel Aviv District Court sentenced them to nine and five years imprisonment respectively in addition to two years on probation after release and a fine of NIS 280,000.
