The National Weather Service has issued an urban & small stream flood advisory for Northeastern Sullivan County (NY) until 6:30PM. Locations include (but are not limited to) Ferndale, Grahamsville, Hasbrouck, Liberty, and Loch Sheldrake. This is due to severe thunderstorms which are making their way across the area.

NYC has a flash flood advisory in affect until 10:30PM due to the heavy thunderstorm hitting the area as well.
