Heavy rains in Jerusalem have heavily damaged the Presidents House, located in the Talbiye neighborhood of Jerusalem, and forced Shimon Peres to take up lodgings in a hotel before arrangements can be completed to move him and his office to the luxurious Davids Village near the Old City.
It will take approximately four months before he can return to his regular quarters due to massive renovations required to prevent a repetition of flood damage, his office said Monday.

Ahhhh gishmei bracha
Lucky him enjoying hotel
Tragic to have one like him holding the title of “President of Israel”.
As HaSh-m caused him to be removed from his physical office, may someone more deserving replace him in the POSITION of this office.
