Israel Police Chief Roni Alsheich on Wednesday morning 7 Tishrei 5778 visited HaGaon HaRav Chaim Kanievsky Shlita after Shachris. Alsheich arrived to receive a bracha from Rav Kanievsky ahead of Yom Kippur.

Alsheich reportedly explained a bit about the department�s operations, and consulted with Rav Chaim on a number of halachic matters, after which he received a bracha which included �You should merit being MeKadesh Shem Shomayim�.

Earlier in the week, Alsheich visited with the Boyaner Rebbe Shlita in the rebbe�s Jerusalem beis medrash.
