Urgent appeal to the High Court of Justice: The Movement for Quality Government demands that a discussion be held on handing over the government portfolios held by the prime minister – even before the Knesset is dissolved.

The Movement for Quality Government on Tuesday sent a petition to the High Court of Justice demanding an urgent hearing on the petition filed by the movement on the proliferation of government files held by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

“There is no choice but to hold an urgent hearing on the petition, in the coming days, so that we will not face a broken trough, where the Knesset will dissolve, and the prime minister can no longer appoint ministers in his place.”
