State Inspectors Arrived at Yeshivas Beis Matisyahu in Bnei Brak

Ministry of Education inspectors arrived at Yeshivas Matisyahu in Bnei Brak on Monday morning, during Seder Aleph, for an inspection. The yeshiva did not fare well.

The inspectors arrived at 9:00AM, with the start of the first seder, and the beis medrash was quite empty. After about half of the shiur, the inspectors got up and visited the office, informing the director, Tzion Masraf that half of the talmidim are missing and therefore, the yeshiva did not pass the inspection.

The talmidim blame inspectors for “lacking patience”, adding the inspectors only arrived at the start of the seder, and this in their eyes is unfair.

It is added Rosh Yeshivas Beit Matisyahu, HaRav Baruch Weisbecker, who underwent complicated surgery, is at home recuperating and the yeshiva has arranged for daily minyanim in his home.

  1. I see this where I learn, that many learner stagger in late, but NOt that late.
and I agree with David the Kanoi, sad, that the state inspectors must teach the bochrim shmiras ha Sederim and not their rabbonim.
