Fox News host Mark Levin tore into Western European leaders over their push to recognize a Palestinian state while Israel remains at war with Hamas, accusing France and the United Kingdom of emboldening terrorists and undermining a democracy fighting for survival.

Levin’s remarks came during a fiery segment on America’s Newsroom, in response to French President Emmanuel Macron’s announcement that France would recognize a Palestinian state in September, and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s warning that the UK might do the same if Israel doesn’t wind down its Gaza operation.

“I’m a little sick and tired of these Western Europeans lecturing the state of Israel about how to fight a war,” Levin said, launching into a searing comparison between Israel’s conduct and the historic brutality of Allied bombing campaigns in World War II. “If they had their way, Israel already would have surrendered to Hamas, Iran, Hezbollah, and the Houthis.”

Levin accused France and the UK of providing “aid and comfort” to Hamas through their rhetoric, warning that their posture ignores the reality on the ground and pressures Israel into an impossible position.

“What exactly have the Brits or the French done to feed the people of Gaza or remove Hamas? Nothing,” Levin said. “Everything they’re doing is incentivizing terrorism — and punishing the one country actually fighting it.”

He also condemned the double standard in expectations placed on Israel, noting that no other country — including the United States — has been expected to provide food and fuel to enemy civilians while actively engaged in combat.

“This is the only country in the history of modern warfare that has fed the citizens of its enemy during a war,” Levin said, citing defense expert John Spencer.
“We didn’t do that in World War II. Not in Korea, not in Vietnam, not in Iraq or Afghanistan.”

In a blistering conclusion, Levin likened Starmer’s stance to rewarding a genocidal regime:

“Someone online said it best — recognizing a Palestinian state before Hamas is defeated is like giving the Third Reich a country while it’s still exterminating Jews. That’s exactly what this is.”
