Defense Ministry officials in a response to the Supreme Court stated that following two years of court hearings, the Shomron community of Migron, near Psagot, will be relocated to nearby Yishuv Adam.

Defense Ministry officials stated that the community of 45 families is currently sitting on Arab land and there is now agreement that the community will relocate once the replacement is ready for residents to move in.

A petition was filed with the high court in 2006 by the Peace Now organization and Arabs claiming they own the land on which the community was built.
