Noam and Aviva Shalit, the parents of Gilad Shalit, will be meeting with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.

The meeting will be the first between Gilad�s parents and the new prime minister, with the family working to keep the release of Gilad atop of the new government agenda. The family realizes the need for the new administration to acclimate and formulate basic policies, a reality that will not play favorably regarding their anxiety to continue negotiations with Hamas towards obtaining Gilad�s release.
