At least six kevarim were vandalized in a western Greece Jewish cemetery, damaged beyond the ability to repair them.
According to the HaMevaser report, the vandals climbed over a wall, targeted a number of kevarim and a central memorial. The then smeared tortoise blood on the kevarim.
The cemetery located in Loannina serves the local Jewish community which today numbers about 50.
