A resident of the Adei Ad outpost in Shomron has filed a police complaint against an agent of the IDF�s Civil Administration alleging he was struck by his vehicle and then the vehicle fled the scene.

Police have summoned the agent for questioning, who was then released as the investigation continues.

The Adei Ad resident did not sustain serious injuries.
