Lebanon Denies Scud Missile Accusations

Lebanon is denying an Israeli accusation that Hizbullah is being armed with long-range Scud missiles received from Syria, as was reported by YWN-Israel. President Shimon Peres accused Syria of delivering the rockets to Hizbullah in statements released earlier in the week.

Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri released a statement of denial, stating the accusations are simply untrue. The reports of the missile delivery appeared in the Arab media in Kuwait and UK, as well as a Hizbullah minister in the Lebanese government releasing a statement earlier in the week stating the Scuds are none of Israel’s business.

Hariri however stated the president’s accusations are untrue, and American officials have stated they haven’t received information confirming the Scud deliveries to Hizbullah forces in southern Lebanon.

  1. It’s like reports of Israeli hit squads – they can’t say YES or NO. Therefore this story is meaningless since reports no news.

  2. Lebanon never had or has any clue what is going on in their own country. They are just a puppet regime of Syria and Iran (aka pigs and apes).

  3. These Arabs are such idiots. They can’t even get the same story down. One says its not Israels business the other denies that it ever happened. These are the idiots Israel has to deal with. Frightening that such nitwits have missiles to play war games with.
