Smotrich Rolls Out 2.7B-Shekel Plan Beyond the Green Line

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich unveiled a 2.7B-shekel, five-year plan to expand and strengthen communities beyond the Green Line.

* IDF bases, including the Menashe Brigade HQ and two battalion bases, will relocate to Sa-Nur.

* 660M shekels for 17 new communities.

* 338M for 36 outposts under regulation.

* 434M for infrastructure upgrades.

* Funding also covers access roads, security improvements, and public buildings.

* 225M for a new land-registry system to map 60,000 dunams by 2030.
