UPDATE: Three people, including the suspect, were killed during a youth hockey game in Rhode Island on Monday, authorities reported.

Pawtucket Police Chief Tina Goncalves said three others remain hospitalized in critical condition. “It appears this was a targeted incident, possibly stemming from a family dispute,” she added. Goncalves did not share details about the suspect or the victims’ ages, though she noted that the fatalities appeared to be adults.
