Catskills Hatzoloh and other emergency personnel responded to an MVA earlier on Route 17 Westbound near Exit 116, where one individual was reported trapped inside a vehicle. The victim was eventually extricated by first responders and transported by Catskills Hatzoloh to Westchester Medical Center in stable condition.
