Authorities Arrest Suspects In Alleged Houston Synagogue Attack Plot Targeting Congregation Beth Israel

Authorities have announced arrests in an alleged plot to attack Congregation Beth Israel in Houston by driving into the synagogue and trying to “kill as many Jews as possible,” according to court documents.

Angelina Han Hicks, 18, of Lexington, North Carolina, was jailed on a $10 million bond and charged with conspiring with two male subjects to commit murder and assault against members of the congregation.

Authorities also said a 16-year-old was arrested in Texas, though it was not immediately clear whether the juvenile was one of the two male subjects identified in the warrants.
