1. If the unconstitutional gun laws were not so resterictive, someone might have had a gun to shoot out the tires and she would not have gotten away.

   Just one more example of how liberalism increases crime.

2. thats the most insane thing ive heard. Youre telling me that the gun restrictions are a bad thing!!???? If there werent gun restrictions they mightve been shot!!!!!

3. If people were allowed to carry guns than there would be more saving people (as in what you said above) but there would be a lot more crime and deaths

   People get shot specifically by those who know they will not get shot back at.

   In the Old West everyone had access to guns and there was no such a thing as anyone going on shooting sprees like in the school houses or town squares becauase the manaics who did it knew they would die within a few seconds of their first shot from everyone else and THEIR guns.

   One town pased a law that all citizens “had” to have guns and as soon as the law went into effect, break ins, burgleries and home invasions dropped to zero overnight.

   The day after Bernard Goetz shot those 4 thugs on the train, subway crime in that area dropped by 14% also over night.

   In England where practically no one has any guns, some maniac recently, shot up a bunch or people and all they could do was stand there and die for lack of any guns to fight back with.

   At Virginia Tech where that gunman was shooting up the campus one teacher blocked the door and held it closed while the thug tried to get in.
   If he had had a gun or if other students had had guns that guys crime spree would ahve been cut real short, or more likely, he never would have tried it in the first place.

   Over and over and over again, history and the facts keeps proving you liberals and your anti 2nd Ammendment ideas to be totally wrong.

5. What???? No riots???? No beating and looting and killing of black people???? No venting of anger and grief????? Where is Dinkins when you need him??

6. You watch too many movies. In the real world, most is not all the bullets would have missed the target, and innocent bystanders would have been hurt.

   Even al pi halacha shooting in such a situation would most likely be assur. A fleeing person poses no danger. Where as firing a gun on a public street at a distant target sure does.

   But nice of you to take such a tragedy and spin it as proof against liberalism. Classy

7. You are the watching too many movies.
   It in the movies where everyone always misses.
   All the bad guys surround the hero with machine guns in one at point blank range and they all miss.
   Only in the movies.

   And you cannot quote a halacha that says it would be assur, that uis just what you HOPE the Halacha is.

   And fleeing people pos all kind of danger such as running over someone else or crashing into a car at an intersection because will be concerned with following traffic laws while fleeing the scene at high speed.

   The fact that they DO pose a serious danger to other innocent victims is one reason why Halacha would probably say you COULD use a gun to shoot out the tires.

   And besides all that, as I said if the Constitution were followed and there were no restrictions on guns, the criminals would not be trying to commit so many crimes in the first place.

   Those are the facts and you are the one who keeps ‘spinning’.
