It makes the most sense because 1)you are not being soisar 2)you are fulfilling your halchic obligation.

yitayningwut: I think the Mateh Yonasan is learning it is the egg, the difference is that the egg becomes a new bria because of the embryo that developed inside the egg and it is asssur until it hatches and that is how it is assur mitchilas briaso.(which meforshim are you referring to?)

When can a bria become batel?

The Shach holds we do not trust a k’faila nochri today because he would lie.The Levush holds that we do not trust him because he cannot tell the difference nowadays. What nafka minah comes from this?

Misbatzos Zahav (9) gives two possible reasons:1)whatever the Gemara and poskim brings down as rui l’hischabed is forever even if one doesn’t think so,and l’chumrah whatever people call rui l’hischabed it is not batel even though it is not mentioned in poskim.2) Whatever the Gemara and poskim say is held until it is clear that it is not anymore, and everything else is not rui l’hischabed until it is clear that it is.The Misbatzos Zahav says in a case of issurei D’Rabbanan one should follow the second one.

The Shach and Taz agree that rui l’hischabed is dependent on time and place so why do the poskim specify what it is?

The Sharei Tshuvah (460) says people are MACHMIR. There is a thought that the source might be from the gemara in peshachim (40 I believe). The minahg and chumra of geborkts is a very strong one for the chassadish world.

The GRA has a gematria on a pasuk in isaiah 1:27,he says tzion b’misphat tipadeh = talmud yerushalmi and v’shaveeha b’tzdka = talmud bavli. The mishna starts with and ends with a mem 40 cubed = 1600, and talmud yerushalmi and talmud bavli =1600.(This is parparos but yet again proves the emes of Torah)

The Torah is stamped with Emes with the words brehsiT baraH ElokiM(last letters of each word)and later emes is spelled out in order by the end of parsha of creation baraH ElokiM lasoT.The lesson is that Emes is only achieved through effort and doesn’t come instantaneously(Arzei Levanon). The Ibn Ezra explains that the Torah is stamped with emes based on the fact the Torah starts with a bais and not an aleph. This idea is conveyed through Mispar Kattan(digit-sum) mispar kattan of emes is 441 and 4+4+1 =9 and mipar kattan of sheker is 600 and 6+0+0=6.If one starts with bais and groups letters in threes the mipar kattan of each group of three will be 9,and if it started with aleph then each group would equal 6(e.g bais + gimmil + daled= 9,and aleph + bais + gimmil= 6)From here we see the essence of the Torah is Emes.
