A frum man was robbed in broad daylight outside the Bnai Jacob Shaarei Zion shul on Park Heights Avenue in Baltimore on Wednesday afternoon.
The suspect reported approached his victim and proceeded to attack him before stealing his yarmulka and a gemara he was carrying.
Baltimore Shomrim swiftly responded to the scene and kept an eye on the suspect as he fled the area toward Greenspring and Taney, keeping police apprised of his whereabouts.
When police got to the scene, they attempted to place the suspect under arrest, but he resisted, forcing officers to tackle him to the ground in order to be able to cuff him. He has since been charged with various offenses.
Thankfully, the victim did not suffer any serious physical injuries.

Thank you, so called community leaders for continually advocating for the election and reelection of do nothing slimy democrat politicians. These “leaders” are thinking only about the dollars that are sent their way, and nothing about the big picture for the Baltimore community. Never even gave the Republican candidate a chance. Money and power do not equal saychel. I refuse to vote for any of these democrats especially the Jewish/frum ones. They have done nothing concrete for us. It’s all about having their picture taken with our idiot mayor and his cohorts on the city council. This arrest took place around the corner from my house. I guarantee that this low life has a rap sheet longer than my arm and will be back on the street in no time. My neighborhood is a beautiful, quiet one, with shuls all over. Makes no difference. You get what you vote for…..

Our President who got 81 million votes and his esteemed Attorney General Rabbi Moshe Garland have already told us many times that domestic white terrorists are the nation’s biggest threat so even if the suspect has more of a tar-like complexion you should assume it’s a statistical outlier.
