The governor named Avi Schick (who previously worked under Spitzer as a deputy attorney general) as chairman, and businessman David Emil as president. Schick, who is already president and chief operating office of Empire State Development Corp will serve the position unpaid. Emil, was the owner of “Windows on the World”, the restaurant at the top of the trade center.

  1. Avi Schick is a great guy and a great advocate for Klal Yisroel. It is nice to see that our Govenor chose him for this important position.
