Agudah of LI, Far Rockaway is having a yom kippur kotton with vayichal at 6:45 PM.
At the risk of surprising my Litvishe friends, most Chasideshe Shuls have Yom Kippur Kotton Tefillos on Erev Rosh Chodesh Elul as well.
