Mrs. Rachel Frenkel, the mother of Naftali HY”D, one of the three Gush Ezion terror victims, will take the stand in a US court on Tuesday, 6 Kislev, where she will give testimony of the events leading to the kidnaping and murder of her son along with Gilad Shaar HY”D and Eyal Yifrach HY”D.

Following the triple murder by a Hamas-affiliated terrorist, Mrs. Frenkel, a US citizen, took Iran and Syria to court for funding Hamas’ continued terrorist activities which included the triple murder. She filed for $340 million in compensation. The court will hear how the terrorists who murdered the three teens received NIS 220,000 which was laundered via the Gaza-based a-Nur charitable organization, money that Frenkel maintains comes from both countries to advance Hamas’ agenda.

The plaintiff plans to present evidence to the US Federal Court making the link between the terrorist funding and Iran and Syria.
