Mrs. Rachel Frenkel, the mother of Naftali HY�D, one of the three Gush Ezion terror victims, will take the stand in a US court on Tuesday, 6 Kislev, where she will give testimony of the events leading to the kidnaping and murder of her son along with Gilad Shaar HY�D and Eyal Yifrach HY�D.

Following the triple murder by a Hamas-affiliated terrorist, Mrs. Frenkel, a US citizen, took Iran and Syria to court for funding Hamas� continued terrorist activities which included the triple murder. She filed for $340 million in compensation. The court will hear how the terrorists who murdered the three teens received NIS 220,000 which was laundered via the Gaza-based a-Nur charitable organization, money that Frenkel maintains comes from both countries to advance Hamas� agenda.

The plaintiff plans to present evidence to the US Federal Court making the link between the terrorist funding and Iran and Syria.
