In light of numerous shooting attacks in the Shomron, in the Ramallah district, by Paratrooper Brigade Commander Colonel Nimrod Aloni and his assistant, Lt.-Colonel Roi Tzveig ordered Colonel Yuval Gaz of the 202nd Battalion into action.
