In spite of IAF warning shots at locations where Hamas terrorists are launching kite and balloon bombs at Israel, terrorists continued to launch their explosive devices unabated throughout the day. The bombs ignited 28 separate fires throughout the Gaza peripheral area.
Wednesday marked the 25th time the IAF fired warning shots at the terrorists since the newest terror technique began more than 100 days ago. Seemingly, even the decision made by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman to close the Kerem shalom crossing between Israel and Gaza did not deter the terrorists from launching the bombs that have already caused damage to thousands of acres of land in Israel and the Gaza strip.
Israeli media outlets reported that most of the fires were put out quickly due to the simple fact that there is almost nothing left to burn in the entire region.
