A Northern District fire department spokesman reported on Thursday morning that a bus caught fire at Yuvalim Junction. Three fire trucks were dispatched to assist in getting all passenger off the bus.

While assisting with passengers, a team also disconnected the vehicle’s batteries and began foaming down the burning bus. B’chasdei Hashem, there are no reports of injuries.

The preliminary investigation indicates the fire began in the bus’s engine as a result of a “technical malfunction”.

Yuvalim Junction is where Routes 805 and 784 intersect in Northern Israel.
