A female cyclist speeding out of control smashed into rocks near Tekoa in Gush Etzion and was killed.

TUESDAY:

Three firebombs were hurled at a number 160 bus traveling in Gush Etzion on the Tunnel Highway. B’chasdei Hashem there were no fatalities or injuries.

09:19:

A male driver in his 20s was killed when his scooter flipped near the Ramot Checkpoint in Yerushalayim this morning. It appears the vehicle hit a pool of oil.

About 150 military industries employees are protesting at the southern entrance to Kiryat Shmona, blocking traffic. They are protesting planned layoffs in the area, the result of a decision to discontinue certain projects.

“If cigarettes are too expensive the poor may stop smoking. Food and education are more important” Finance Minister Yair Lapid said this morning.

Arabs stole sheep and a horse from the Talya Farm and Mitzpei Yair respectively during the night.
