Indictments Expected Against Both Deri and Litzman in the Coming Weeks

After the dramatic announcement that he is going to file criminal indictments against Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Attorney General Dr. Avichai Mandelblit in the near future is expected to make a similar announcement regarding Interior Minister Aryeh Deri and Deputy Health Minister Yaakov Litzman.

Litzman will face charges of bribery, breach of trust and fraud and Deri’s charges will include money laundering, fraud and breach of trust.

According to a report released by KAN News11 correspondent Mordechai Gilit, the attorney general delayed the decisions regarding Deri and Litzman until completing his work on the cases involving Prime Minister Netanyahu.

State Prosecutor Shai Nitzan has recommended indictments against both Litzman and Deri. According to the report, the announcement by Mandelblit is expected in the coming weeks.

  1. if bibi gets to spend time with his good friends, they will undoubtedly start a Daf Yomi schedule. if I were the judge, they would be able to complete 2 cycles. 🙂

  2. Do Israeli prisons offer a “group rate” discount for hypocritical right wing and “religious” political hacks? Deri would also benefit from his “frequent felon” points earned years ago for his 3-year prison stay after his conviction for bribery, fraud, and breach of trust.

  3. How much corruption does Deri have to be involved in before he slithers away for good? How does he have the gall to keep doing these things? And getting rid of Litzman is the cherry on the frosting.

  4. I think that they should make a big gate around the whole world and then everyone will be imprisoned you will not have to indict anyone specifically we will all be in jail. We can then run the world from inside the prison.

  5. It seems that Mandelblit is trying to steer his partisan politics from within the Attorney Generals office. The right wing are prosecuted for accepting a chocolate chip cookie as bribery while the left are partying while engaging in crime with a blind eye towards them. It’s Unfortunate that the Israeli Police & Media are so biased left wing. Bibi stood no chance from the start just for being right wing.

  6. “Interesting” how Lapid and Gantz can both be criminally indicted for different crimes, but were never even “investigated” by the police

  7. To Gadolhad: Frequent felon points? Excellent concept. So why do some Israeli insist on voting for candidates with frequent felon points?

  8. So the USUAL SUSPECTS in the comment section above hardly fail to show the real EVILNESS in them.

I and many other people I speak to seriously question their Jewishness.

Forget about the Jewish concepts of Rachmonim Bnei Rachmonim, or Hevei Dan L’kaf Zchus, or one of the greatest Mitzvah we have is Pidyan Shvuim, etc. BUT what happened to common sense?

If there ever were corrupt police, prosecutors and Judges, its in Israel by the left… who could be fooled by them? They are EVIL!!!

The cold hearted jokes about it is flat out disgusting…

So all the people, who are becoming followers of the 2 big Gedolin above, have you know that you are entering a danger zone.

  9. I was just wondering, I noticed in this article that Dr Mandelblit was working with a time frame.
    Number 1 the Prime minister
Number 2 and 3 are ministers Deri and Litzman
    Whose number 4 ???
Actually He can possibly indict himself.
Sorry that won’t be a good idea
Because he has a long list of people and if the Dr indicts himself, he will no longer be able to continue with this pleasure and enjoyment of trying desperately to try to indict other people.

Gadolhadorah, you outdid yourself on this one!

  11. huju – the answer is, these mindless robots are controlled by their Rabbis who are looking out for what THEY can get if their man (never a woman) is elected. So the voters just do what they’re told. And the wives do what their husbands tell them to do. Ze hu.

  12. huju….good question and I’m not sure there is a good answer (at least not that can nail down). I think it has to do more with the growing “tribalism” in our political systems in democracies around the world. In the U.S., trump supporters have shown they will vote for him no matter what “crimes” he is shown to have committed. No one thought he would survive the Hollywood Access Tapes, and numerous other transgressions that would have been fatal to other politicians and it appears the same will happen even if he were impeached in the House. Israelis are numb from the seemingly non-stop allegations of corruption on BOTH sides of the political divide but where loyalty to the tribe and extreme partisanship allows voters to go the polls, hold their noses and vote again for the same dreche. Just as Evangelical voters in the U.S. are told by their religious leaders to ignore Trump’s vulgarities, disregard for social norms and even alleged lawbreaking so that he will continue in office and nominate conservative judges and promote “conservative” values, so too in EY the rabbonin who dictate the block voting of religious groups would prefer guys like Deri with all his baggage to just about ANY secular candidate.

They’re guilty of being Chareidim, indeed! Guilty as charged!
