Shula Zaken, Prime Minister Ehud Olmerts longtime assistance and former bureau chief will testify against him, Channel 2 News reported on Wednesday night.
Zakens attorney, Micha Pattman released a statement denying the accuracy of the report. Ynet reports that justice ministry sources also deny the report.
Channel 2 reported that Zaken cut a deal with the state to give testimony against Olmert in exchange for immunity and closing the case against her for her role in illegal activities as Olmerts aide.
Zaken has been at Olmerts side for over 30 years, his personal assistant at every stage of his career.
