25 Diagnosed Cases of Swine Flu in Israel


sflu.jpg25 Israelis have been diagnosed with swine flu. Baruch Hashem, there have been no fatalities.

Health Ministry officials reported on Monday that a 60-year-old male who returned from the United States and did not seek treatment infected his 24-year-old daughter, becoming the first case of infection within Israel.

The father is apparently healed and the daughter remains in Ichilov Hospital. Another new victim is a 42-year-old female who remain in isolation in Shaare Zedek Medical Center. She recently returned from the United States.
