In a question and answer session following an address to the Council of Foreign Relations in Washington, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was asked regarding the possibility of compromise regarding “West Bank construction in Israel”.
Clinton stated that while she does not wish to interfere in the negotiations taking place between Defense Minister Ehud Barak and US Mideast envoy George Mitchell, she does see a possible US compromise regarding the construction of 2,000 units.
Clinton stated that over the years, the US position regarding settlements has been clear, adding Washington is also well aware that some of the decisions are “politically challenging”, adding America and Israel alone cannot bring peace and the Palestinian Authority is required to fulfill its part of the bargain. She spoke of the responsibility of Arab nations to support Israel “in both words and deeds” towards strengthening regional peace efforts.

When the names of obama and clinton have been long forgotten, the Jewish people will still be living and flourishing ALL OVER the Land of Israel!!!
This administration is like a new substitute teacher coming into a wild class. Obama actually thinks he can reason with the Arabs but is quickly learning that they have their own agenda. Now its back to make nice with Israel. Only Boreh Olam controls events exactly like he wants.
Its truly bewildering that this woman thinks she has a position to tell the Jews where or what they can do in Eretz Yisroel that HB”H let Yehoshua conquer thousands of years ago and Malchut Bet David ruled over. What ever happened to a little sincere humility? Just say: who am I to even try to grapple with the issues of what the Creator of the vast incomprehensible universe wants to do with the chosen people in their chosen land?
Secretary Clinton Says Compromise Possible. did any one ever ask you what i can do in my country of israel are not. clinton you and your boss can go to your good arabs and live with them. the land of israel are for jews and people who realy love the land of israel
