Arab MK Dr. Ahmed Tibi has been removed from a political panel discussion event scheduled in a summer camp of Yeshivas Be�er Yaakov.

As in past summers, a political panel composed of a broad range of views is represented, permitting campers to ask difficult questions. According to a Ynet report, Tibi�s participation was nixed at the last minute in response to mounting pressure from supporters and donors who were less than pleased to learn the Arab MK was being given such a forum.

Tibi stated that when asked to participate, he hesitated but decided to respond positively. He expressed disappointment of the yeshiva�s decision, stating he was prepared and would have given comprehensive responses to the questions posed to him.
