Arab League Secretary-General Amr Moussa on Wednesday addressed the World Economic Forum on Davos, using the assembly to promote his viewpoint regarding ongoing efforts towards the establishment of a Palestinian state.

Moussa stated that the ongoing process cannot continue and if a state is not established soon, then a one-state solution must be implemented, a state of �Israelis and Palestinians� on the basis of citizenship. He added that �occupation, resistance and crisis� cannot continue. Joining PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen), Moussa blamed Israel and Israel alone for the stalled talks, explaining the reason is due to Jerusalem�s refusal to comply with demands for a total cessation of �settlement construction�.

Moussa told supporters that one way or another they are moving forward, either towards statehood or one state. He realizes that such a state, as he proposes, would grant residents of Judea, Samaria and Gaza citizenship and therefore, immediately change demographic realities. He stressed �we will not accept any more tricks�.
