As the IDF finalizes preparations to comply with a High Court of Justice order to open Highway 443 to PA (Palestinian Authority) motorists, arrangements are being made to permit PA residents to get on and off the highway at the villages of Beit Sira and Beit Or el-Fuka, west of Ramallah. The vehicles will be inspected at those locations yet it is unclear if such inspections will be mandatory of spot checks of vehicles.

Similar arrangements will be implemented at other villages accessing the Jerusalem-Modi’in Highway as well.
