Snake Caught Without Incident in Bnei Brak Home

Residents of an apartment on Bnei Brak’s Yehoshua Street were somewhat alarmed when they discovered a sizable snake in their home, telephoning to city officials to send the appropriate people to address the situation. The request detailed panicked residents, who reported a large snake in their living room. City officials contacted a snake catcher, who was immediately dispatched to the scene.

The Black Rage (Coluber jugularis) snake is known in Israel as the ‘large black non-poisonous’ snake, which is designated as a protected species. The snake-catcher apprehended the snake which was sent to a zoological facility.
