Drunk Driver Charged After Deadly Manhattan Crash Kills Two Pedestrians

A 61-year-old Manhattan man was arrested and charged with DWI and manslaughter after police say he was driving drunk and lost control of his vehicle on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, plowing into pedestrians, killing two people and injuring several others.
