Cinnamon Streusel Cake

This is a family favorite – easy and oh so good.

Batter:

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 cup oil

1 cup orange juice

4 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons vanilla

½ teaspoon salt

3 cups flour

Streusel:

1-1/2 cups brown sugar

½ cup flour

½ cup oil

5 teaspoons cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Beat together batter ingredients until smooth.  Pour half into greased bundt pan.  Mix together streusel ingredients with spoon and fingers until you have coarse crumbs.  Sprinkle half over batter in pan.  Pour remaining batter on top and then top with remaining streusel.  Bake for about 55 minutes.  Cool in pan at least 10 minutes before removing to wire rack to finish cooling.
